• Made from 5mm thick Foamex/Sintra, a light and durable material which also goes under other brand names such as Sintra and Intrafoam.
  
• Graphics on front. Backing and edging are white unless special ordered
  
• A pair of clear acrylic fixing clips or velcro fit the bezel to the Kiosk.
  
• Digital or screen printing will be used, utilizing a 4-colour process with white spot colour (printing resolution is 600 dpi).
  
• Made to any shape and size that will fit onto a display up to the maximum sizing parameter of 580mm x 580mm (22.8” x 22.8”)
  
• Easy wipe-clean surface.
  
• Bezels can be used in-doors and out-doors.
  
• European temperature fluctuations have no adverse effect on the material and the printing inks are stable in outdoor conditions for at least 1 year and 3 years in an indoor environment.  The extreme min/max temperature tolerances of the material are unknown.
  
• Bezels are rigid to the touch with some flexibility but strenuous bending and other forms of abuse may cause it to break.

Fixings 

A set of two transparent acrylic clips are supplied as standard with each bezel.  The clips fit onto the left and right side of the monitor and are secured by two grub screws on each side.  Supplied in three standard sizes to fit, 15", 17" and 19" APK's, the clips can be adjusted to fit smaller screens.   These clips can be re-used if necessary.  Screens fitted with an MSR (magnetic strip reader), the clips cannot be used at the sides and Velcro will need to be used as an alternative fixing.

Artwork

Bezel designs can be produced by Kioskstyling.com from a brief submitted by the customer.  Alternatively, the customer can use their own contacts to produce the artwork and Kioskstyling.com will supply a template of the screen measurements that will need to be considered when producing such artwork for the kiosks.    When creating the bezel designs, consideration will need to be given to screens with MSR (magnetic strip readers) fixtures at the side of the screens and movement sensors found underneath the screens.  A loudspeaker slot can also be present at the bottom of a screen. Printing 

Kioskstyling.com can handle the whole process of design, printing and shipping.  Alternatively, the bezels can be supplied plain and the customer can arrange for their own printing house to complete the process. Download Printing Guidelines (226kb .pdf).

Prototypes

If prototypes are required, this can be arranged on an ad hoc basis.

Packing and Shipping

Specially designed boxes will ensure safe transport of the bezels to the customer.
